Community of Practice facilitation training

I'm working on developing an online collaboration site, and I have learned my faciliation and coordination skills as I've gone along. But what I'm after is some sort of training and development opportunity for others I work with to quickly understand the requirements of that role, and develop skills to enable them to faciliate.

Anyone know of anything I can use? Thanks

The other option is the CoP Foundations workshop offered by http://www.cpsquare.org (where I'm almost always a guest as well! It is a small world. ) I don't know when my next workshop is going to be yet, but ping me if you want me to let you know. (nancyw at fullcirc dot com). It is not exclusively about CoP facilitation, but darn, all of it applies!
