I'm still at a loss for words.
But I'll have a go at trying to understand what has been happening between what is preached and what is actually done.

I try to use examples of organisations using web 2.0 tools whenever I can to emphasise that while our immediate competitors may not be taking advantage of these methods for learning, other organisations are, and it's always a good idea to be ahead of the wave.
