I just read your post on video but I'm not sure if I did understand your request; however, you are welcome to have a look to some video clips done for learners from the financial industry in my country to help them improve their oral communication skills, here is a link: http://buthaina.blip.tv
You should find some clips of the participants conversing with educators located in USA, then, they watched the videos and tried to work on their pronunciation and other relevant skills.
