Thank you. Yes, I did notice that there was no one from India on the community. I do expect more people to sign in soon though. We do have a fairly vibrant community interested in L&D out here.

In a career spanning 20 years, I have worked variously with Information Technology in companies like Motorola and Volvo, and in the Learning and Development space with companies like NIIT, IBM, and institutions including the Indian Institute of Management.
