You may wonder my explanation why Palestinian and the world are silent about Gaza. It may be the same reason why they have been silent about killing in Iraq, in Darfur or hunger in Africa etc. which are a product of an unjust system made by the bad part of us humans.
We have created this situation and the society, even the world we live in. This make each on of us is responsible for t…

Dear all,
From what I’ve learned especially form

Of all the web 2.0 tools and technologies which I've come across (and there's been a few) ning.com is the one that has most impressed me. I've built about six networks on here, for a variety of purposes. Unfortunately the two professional networks which I run are password protected (as I work for the Police services of the UK) and the content is sensitive.
But in addition to these 'professional' netw…

Since tow years I am thinking about how to contribute on creating one-world global community which will together transform the society made by us. A society tracked by consumption culture, by the philosophy of governance leadership (based on power and oppression, interest of a minority .. ) , disturbed mentality (demagogic, corrupted consciousness, ..) , and global politics based on power and occupational lobby of political decision levels ...
With the time I became one of those chasing answers…

Elliott and Cushing Anderson recently floated an email about 12 things they wanted to see in a learning system. The first was focus on the learner. What I want to see is a convergence between the way I learn and the way I work collaboratively with others – in other words, I want my online environment to map to my physical one.
I learn in three ways, and I want my learning system to support all of them. Sometimes I learn by being taught; sometimes I learn by going out and finding information I n…

The timing of

Not least because I wish I had been a fly on the wall to watch how the trainer managed Donald, given his already outspoken view on diversity training.
But the real source of my rueful feelings were that at the same time as Donald was getting "trained", a good friend who works on the Tube was going through…

I haven't followed kindergarten pedagogy since I left Mrs. Hemmon's classroom way back when in '71. From what I remember, the best I can say was that kindergarten was a 'cocoon' -- a little sheltered spot, an island in the larger school. Fast forward to last week when my wife and I saw our 4 year old off to public junior kindergarten. A few days before we met with the kindergarten teacher and I realized that kindergarten sure has changed in the last 35 years. Monthly outings to museums. Conce…

I have recently started an enterprise where my main products are marketing and education. A collegue asked me what i like best. My answer to him is that there isn´t that much difference. Educators are selling knowledge and marketers need knowledge to work for them to sell a product or service.
I think educators are benifiting if they actually are more aware of these ideas. They can use marketing strategy to make education more appetizing and appealing. I though wonder how many educators…
