It's been quite a while since I moved away from my childhood home in rural Georgia. I love living in a larger town and enjoying all that comes along with that; restaurants that don't serve anything "country fried," diverse people to be around and Internet above dial-up speeds but there is a certain charm to being "home." On a recent visit, I was thrilled to hear about
Wild Blue Internet. Finally, I can spend time with my family and be able to stay connected at a speed that doesn't make me want to drop-kick my lap-top! Internet is provided through a satellite dish very similar to a tv subscription service (which can have its difficulties) but definitely beats nothing. Makes being home that much better!
How about you, is there a place like home for you where the lack of Internet makes you want to go crazy?
